Welcome to Flying Fifteen International Victoria
State Title goes north. The 2010 Open State Title was taken out by Matthew Owen and Andrew Reid (CYC) sailing Visit to Ward 11A by just 3 points from Adam Hawkins and Ben Jones (MYC) in I'd swap this for a Bundy at Paynesville last weekend (Labour Day). While Melbourne and other parts of Gippsland were lashed by rain, wind and hail, in Paynesville we had little rain, reasonable breeze and thankfully no hail in an enjoyable regatta. Current National Classic champions Reagan Burdon Bear and Les Kearney took out the Victorian Classic title again in Affrodite. Only 13 points seperated the top six boats, so it was tough at the top. GLYC took out the teams trophy with three of the top six places. For the full results click here:1010 state results
